For the first time, in 2023, CoatingsPro Magazine and AMPP will combine two awards programs in a single celebration. The co-hosted event takes place Wednesday from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the lunch area next to the Cathodic Protection (CP) field on the Exhibit Hall floor.  

This is the first year that the new AMPP project awards will be presented. These inaugural awards recognize projects that shows superior performance, management approaches, innovation, or other achievements. They showcase the commission of materials protection technologies that involve new construction, maintenance projects, or remediation/rehab of existing assets or buildings, as well as public service impact through community service projects. This category is part of the new awards slate that the AMPP Awards Program Committee has developed.  

This is CoatingsPro’s seventh year acknowledging deserving industrial and commercial crews working on projects on concrete, steel, and rooftops. Again this year, CoatingsPro judges have also awarded one MVP for exceptional work and one company for its demonstration of safe practices on the jobsite.
