Steel, Corrosion, and Green Tech Insights on Tuesday’s Agenda

Whether you’re interested in steel innovations, corrosion data, green technology, or more, Tuesday at the AMPP Annual Conference + Expo 2025 has something for everyone.

Here are a few of Tuesday’s many offerings from Nashville's Music City Center:

“Recent Developments in Duplex and Ferritic Stainless Steels Information Exchange” will discuss new or revised standards (national and international), new applications, recent case studies about successes and failures in applications and fabrication, recent applied research, new alloy development, and similar topics. It will run from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. local time in Room 209A.

The leaders of “Data Challenges in Corrosion” aim to create a dynamic environment where industry experts can share their insights, exchange best practices, and collaborate on finding innovative solutions to the data challenges. It will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Room 102 A&B.

The presenters of “Green Non-Drip Mobile Technology for Chemical and Electrochemical Surface Treatments” will discuss an OSHA-compliant, green, non-drip mobile technology that can perform complete chemical and electrochemical surface treatments for coating bare surfaces and repairing coatings. This session will run from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room102 A&B.
