Women of AMPP Breakfast Fosters Connection, Meaningful Dialogue

Tuesday's Women of AMPP Breakfast brought together professionals from across the materials protection and performance industry for a powerful morning of connection and meaningful dialogue.

Organized by Rachelle Rigby, Conference Manager at the Australasian Corrosion Association and Coating Inspector at Remedy Asset Protection, and Joyce Wright, Past Chair of the AMPP Global Center, this special event set a tone by sparking insightful conversations around career challenges, opportunities, and the advancement of women in the field.

Held as part of the AMPP Annual Conference + Expo 2025 for the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP), the breakfast was followed by an open forum that welcomed attendees to engage in candid discussions on inclusion, leadership, and collaboration.

All events took place inside Nashville's Music City Center.
