AMPP Bookstore Comes Home to Houston

By Jean Broge, Manager, Content and Product Development at AMPP

The official AMPP Bookstore for the 2026 AMPP Annual Conference + Expo is the place to get acquainted with new AMPP books and to get re-acquainted with legacy bestsellers.

AMPP will again offer visitors to the store more than one way to purchase a book. Want it immediately? Buy it onsite, in Houston, to have with you. Or, buy a digital book via the onsite interactive kiosk and download it to your device.

Want it to be waiting at your home or office? Shop from AMPP’s entire catalog via the kiosk, with an additional 10% off the purchase. These options ensure that attendees can explore a variety of books at their own pace before choosing the most convenient way to make their purchases.

The kiosk will also allow visitors access to purchase digital-only classics such as Pourbaix’s Atlas of Electrochemical Equilibria in Aqueous Solutions; Kehr’s Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE): A Foundation for Pipeline Corrosion Protection; and more.

Titles onsite at the show will feature industry essentials such as Oilfield Scale Mitigation, Corrosion Control for Petroleum Production; Volume 2 of Potential Theory Applied to Cathodic Protection Design; Case Studies in Corrosion Failures; Peabody’s Control of Pipeline Corrosion; the NACE Engineer’s Reference Guide; and more.

With these books, AMPP is working to empower industry professionals who are looking to build corrosion- and coatings-related knowledge.

Unique daily discount specials are again available, and it starts on Sunday for the early birds. Come back each day to take advantage of the special discounts!

From Sunday through Wednesday, the AMPP Bookstore is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. local time, and on Thursday it is open from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
