Winners of the 2026 Student Poster Session were announced during an award ceremony on Wednesday, March 18, at the 2026 AMPP Annual Conference + Expo.
Sponsored by BP, awards were given to the top three posters in four categories: the Fontana Category of Corrosion Engineering; Pourbaix Category of Corrosion Science; the Herro-Appleman Category of Applied Materials Protection Technology; and the David Shifler Undergraduate Category.

The awards ceremony was livestreamed on Facebook by CORROSION journal, the sponsoring publication, and the first-place winner of each of the three categories will be invited to write an open access poster letter published in CORROSION.
